Don’t panic, your internet has not been cut. Tumblr has been hit with another outage, making the entire site inaccessible to all users for the past couple of hours. The problem, according to Tumblr, is network issues when trying to fix intermittent errors.
“Tumblr has taken the site down in order to resolve a network issue. We will update as we know more,” the company tweeted.

The blogging platform has been hit with several outages this year – especially in the past few months. In October, outages lasted for several hours, and another one hit just last week due to a critical database cluster was taken down, according to CNET.
Then there was that massive bug this month that affected many blogs, including The Verge; forcing the site to tell their users not to visit Tumblr for the next few hours. According to Sophos, that was due to a vulnerability in Tumblr’s reblogging feature.
