The Surface Pro, which has received a mixed reception when it was released in the United States back in January, will finally come to Australia and other international markets like the United Kingdom and New Zealand in “late March”.

Microsoft Corp. today announced that beginning late March the rollout of Surface will continue, bringing Surface RT with Windows RT to Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan and Surface Pro with Windows 8 Pro to Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the United Kingdom in the coming months.
The Surface Pro features a 10.6-inch full HD display with 10-point multitouch, a 3rd-generation Core i5 processor with 4GB of RAM and integrated graphics, and two 720p HD cameras. It comes in two capacity variants – 64GB and 128GB models.
An exact date has not been revealed, nor pricing.
