Super Street Fighter 3D was shown at the Nintendo 3DS conference in Europe. The game will take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS’s ‘Street Pass’. This mode will allow the players to play against each other with character figures. Once you have a character figure, the figures must be physical place in the ‘Street Pass’ Mode. When the Nintendo 3DS’s ‘Street Pass’ communicates between the devices, the player to fight the other player without physically playing the game.
The gameplay of the game is the same as previous titles. The uses the touchscreen as a combo list and allowing the player to ‘hotkey’ four combos.
Along with the ‘Street Pass’ fights, the game will include Local, Single Player, and Wi-Fi Modes. A new mode that is included is ‘View Mode’ is is called ‘Channel Mode’. ‘Channel Mode’ allows many players to watch online matches instead of fighting.
The character list of the game is roughly 35 characters. This allows a wide range of players to choose the character best suits them.
