CES 2009 : Samsung has brought out a new 3-inch WQVGA TFT-LCD touchscreen “multimedia player”, dubbed the Samsung P3; which features its “EmoTrue” touch interface with true haptic feedback. It also has the new sound enhancement technology called the DNS 3.0, and a 16:9 aspect ratio screen so it doesn’t letterbox.
Even though its 0.39-inches thick, it has (among the video and audio capabilities) a photo viewer, voice recorder, FM radio and can be used as a storage device. It can also act like a Bluetooth earpiece, allowing you to answer calls through the player.
It will be available in the first half of 2009, in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities.
