Samsung has confirmed its first UNPACKED event for the year, and it is no surprise that it is on the same week and same location as Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The event will be held on Monday February 24 at 8pm local time – or Tuesday February 25 at 6pm in Sydney – and will be livestreamed on their YouTube channel.
The most important question, however, is: will Samsung announce the Galaxy S5? Most likely. Samsung traditionally uses UNPACKED to launch its flagship devices for the year, and this is around the time when Samsung makes an announcement about the Galaxy S line of smartphones.
But again, this is all pure speculation. Samsung might disappoint us and instead announce a brand new update of the Galaxy Gear and new fitness devices.
