With the PlayStation Vita launch in Japan just a few weeks away and the Australian launch just a few months away Sony has finally announced the complete launch line-up for Europe/Australia/NZ.

Also coming to the Vita is a Flickr application, which will launch alongside Twitter, Facebook and FourSquare apps. Also 6 Augmented Rality Markers (presumably cards, like with the 3DS) will be available at launch. These ‘markers’ will be used in 3 free Augmented Reality games from the PlayStation Network.
