We know Optus, Vodafone and Telstra are to carry the Samsung Galaxy Note II. However, at yesterday’s media launch, no pricing was announced by the carriers. Today, however, Optus is the first one out the gate. The telco pushed out a media release announcing their pricing.
It is available on its $60 Optus Plan with a $7 monthly handset repayment fee, which has $650 of included value and 1.5GB of data. It is also on its $80 Optus Plan with a $3 monthly handset repayment fee, which has $850 of included value and 2GB of data.
However, if you want to avoid a handset repayment fee, then get ready to spend a bit more money. It is available on its $99 Optus Timeless Plan (or above), which includes unlimited standard calls, unlimited SMS, and 3GB of data.
Customers can pre-order on Optus’ website from today. We will also keep you up to date with Vodafone and Telstra’s pricing. It is also available outright for $899 through Samsung’s Experience Store.
