Nokia has announced a brand new feature phone as part of its continuing plan to connect the next million users to the internet – called the Nokia 220. Designed to be durable and cheap, it features a 2.4-inch colour display, a splash-proof keyboard, a 3-megapixel camera, and comes with Facebook, Twitter and Bing preloaded onto the device. It will also come with six games – Asphalt 6 Adrenaline, Assassin Creed, Block Breaker 3, Brain Challenge 3, and Modern Combat 2.
It comes in two variants – a single SIM version for EUR 29, and a dual SIM version for EUR 39. These will be available in select markets, mostly in developing countries, immediately.
