Nokia Australia has confirmed when the Lumia 920 and 820 smartphones will coming to Australia. The first Windows Phone 8 smartphones from the Finnish phone maker will sold from the end of November, with the Lumia 820 sold through Optus and Vodafone, and the 920 sold through Telstra.
The Lumia 920 will have a RRP of $829, and will coming in black, white, red and yellow – if you buy it from Telstra. A grey coloured version of the phone will be sold through its retail channels. The Lumia 920 features a 4.5-inch screen, a Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, the Nokia PureView camera with an 8.7-megapxiel lens, and of course, features the same design as the Lumia 800 and 900.
The Lumia 820 has a RRP of $649, and will come in black, white, red and yellow. It features a 4.3-inch screen, 8-megapixel camera (without PureView), and pretty much the same specifications (except for the screen and camera). Both the Lumia 920 and 820 have NFC support and wireless charging.
Worldwide, Nokia has started shipping this week with France and the UK set to receive it in stores. During the rest of the month, it will also reach the US, Turkey, Poland, Italy, Hong Kong, Germany, India, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam (as well as Australia).
