Nokia’s press announcement may have been heavily focused on the company’s Android smartphone, but it also made an announcement with its Asha line targeting developing markets. It has unveiled the Asha 230, designed to be the first phone to introduce new users to the world of touchscreen mobile phones.
It features a 2.8-inch display; and like all Asha phones, the Asha 230 will include Fastline and popular apps like WhatsApp and WeChat. It will also have come with 10 free games worth EUR 20, all available through the Nokia Store.
It comes in two variants – a single SIM version for EUR 45, and a dual SIM version for EUR 59. It is available now across developing markets.
