- Popular coupon website, Groupon has acquired Breadcrumb, a point of sale system for iPad. Groupon has made a number of acquisitions over the past few months to ensure they become the number one local commerce OS.
- Photos of the next generation iPhone back casing have appeared on the internet. The new cases are metal with mini-dock on the bottom, a taller screen and the earphone jack present at the bottom instead of the top. An interesting way Apple is going if these rumors are true…
- Banking giant, Commonwealth Bank have announced a new cloud storage solution for it’s NetBank customers. The service allows you to store up to 1000 files or folders, an interesting move by CommBank as they won’t be monitoring the amount of space these files take up. CIO Michael Harte told IT News that the security of these files will be kept to the Commonwealth Bank standard procedures.
