Sydney, Australia, – 28th June, 2012- HTC Corporation, a global leader in mobile innovation and design, has today released the HTC One™ S, combining a sleek and slim design with a super-fast dual-core processor – the ultimate combination of powerful technology and impressive style. The HTC One S is an elegantly styled device with an ultra-slim 7.9mm gradient metal unibody, for people who want a powerful smartphone that pushes the boundaries of mobile phone design.

The HTC One S continues the HTC One family tradition of offering the most authentic sound experience with Beats Audio™ integration and amazing camera with ImageSenseTM technology. With a high-resolution 4.3-inch Gorilla Glass screen and 1.7GHz dual-core processor, pictures and videos are so clear and vibrant.

“The design is just beautiful, ultra-thin and strong. The gradient metal unibody feels perfect in your hand and the screen has a large vibrant display,” said Ben Hodgson Country Manager, HTC Australia and New Zealand. “The HTC One S delivers a rich, authentic sound experience and with ImageSense technology, the camera produces great photos and video in any light conditions. The stylish HTC One S is a welcome addition to the HTC One range.”

Powerful, durable performance

A 1.7GHz dual-core processor powers an ultra-responsive interface with rich graphics that come to life on the 4.3 inch bright Super AMOLED screen. Crafted from contoured Corning™ Gorilla Glass, which flows over the edges of the phone, the durable screen has optical lamination offering wide viewing angles to make reviewing pictures and videos easy.

Amazing camera

With an f/2.0 lens and HDR mode, HTC ImageSense technology delivers fast image capture with stunning results, even under adverse lighting conditions. In just 0.7 seconds you’re able to launch the camera and take a shot and, with its new superfast 0.2 second autofocus, you’ll never miss a moment again.
