Melburnians can now purchase their own top-level domain names as an alternative to the usual .com.au or .com. Melbourne is the first city in Australia to be assigned it’s own top-level domain name and registrations are now open to the public. ARI Registry Services, who are managing the domain name, are promoting the domain to individuals and local businesses to position themselves online with the world’s most liveable city.
