It probably wouldn’t surprise many, but by this spring (or fall in America) all Facebook users will be adopting the new Timeline design – regardless if you have attempted to resist change and still maintain that the old profile design is better.
According to anonymous sources to Mashable, the site plans to force everyone onto the new design to make sure the experience is consistent to every site. Profiles have been able to opt-in to the design, but pages were forced to switch to the new theme earlier this year. Since then, there has been some disconnect between those on Timeline, the pages and those who aren’t.
Of course, you will be given seven days to edit your Timeline so you can delete certain items from your wall, or hide photos. Privacy settings will not change.
