Gizmodo Australia’s Luke Hopewell has been given the inside scoop on SuperDaE, the man who tried to sell an Xbox Durango (a codename for the next Xbox) development kit, in what he describes as a prank. Instead of laughes, he was today raided by Western Australian Police, leaving his home bare and he and his girlfriend in a panic, as quoted above.

While it is from his point of view, which could leave some facts possibly twisted, it’s an interesting case of secrecy gone mad, with Microsoft, as the man describes, “just a corporation trying to fuck a guy’s life over.” He could very easily face extradition through legal loop-holes and face serious jailtime.
