After that fiasco with the Wi-Fi during a keynote years ago, Apple is slowly learning that yes we want to see the god-damn keynotes. Apple has announced – at the very last minute – that it will stream the WWDC keynote online. However, you’ll need an Apple device in order to view it.
If you have a Mac with Mac OS X 10.6 or above, or an iOS device with version 4.2 or above – you can stream it via Safari. If you have an Apple TV, then you just need to go to the “Special Events” section and watch it from there.
It’s not the first time Apple has live streamed their events, but they have been really rare. The first time they did it was to show off out their Quicktime streaming capabilities. The last streaming event was the special event in October where they launched the iPad mini – and that was announced at the very last minute.
Hopefully, someone would have found a way to watch this on Windows. If not, TechGeek will be posting details about any new products from WWDC – while also covering Microsoft’s E3 press conference. It’s going to be one busy night ahead.
